Court Grants Final Approval to $1.5 Million Settlement in Automatic-Renewal Class Action Against FloSports.

02/28/2024: GR Firm is proud to announce that a federal court in Illinois granted final approval to a $1.55 million dollar class action settlement on behalf of consumers who were automatically renewed by FloSports which they alleged violated various states' Automatic Renewal Law. GR Firm originally filed the lawsuit against FloSports on August 29, 2025.
