Court Grants Final Approval to $3.8 Million Settlement in False Advertising Class Action Against CVS.

08/26/2024: GR Firm is proud to announce that a federal court in New York granted final approval to a $3.8 million dollar class action settlement on behalf of consumers who alleged that CVS's lidocaine patches were falsely advertised as being "maximum strength" despite other products containing a higher amount of lidocaine. GR Firm originally filed the lawsuit against CVS on December10, 2021.


The case is Bell, et al. v. CVS Pharmacy Inc., Case No. 1:21-cv-06850-PK, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York
